UPDATE: Refund, Withdrawal, and Traffic

Hey, #Pocketeers I know a lot of you are waiting for an explanation of what recently happened.

First of all, we apologize for the delay in the update and the inconvenience.

1. There was an issue with our report system that generated incorrect reports for traffic and earnings.

2. Because of the reason mentioned above, we had to refund all payment requests and temporarily disable withdrawals. It's back online now so kindly request a new withdrawal and we'll try to process it as soon as we can.

3. We also needed to make adjustments on the dashboard, which is why you might be seeing less bandwidth shared and earnings than in previous days.

We'd love to process those numbers for our users but this time it was a bug on our side. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We ask for your patience and rest assured that we'll work on processing payments and answering email inquiries as soon as possible.
